Book Our Hire Packages

We are always trying to better your experience with us. Our website for our hire packages has been an on going project for us trying to make It as easy as possible. Due to some recent feed back we have decided to do a Fixed Hire Rate to make it easier to navigate. Therefore, no matter the hire duration the price will remain the same. There is also a refundable bond, this is returned in full Within 7 days unless items have been damaged. After you have completed your booking we will be in contact in regards to the pick up and return times.

***Refund Policy: Cancelations made more then 14 days prior to the booking date will receive a 100% refund of their booking deposit. The remaining of the booking amount and the damage deposit is due 48hrs prior to booking.

Cancelations made less then 14 days prior to the booking date will not be refunded their booking fee.

Wedding packages require a 2 month notice for all cancelations or the booking deposit will not be refunded.

Damage deposits/ Bonds will be refunded within 7 days of the package being returned. Money will only be deducted from the damage deposit/bond if items are damaged or not retuned.
